During this workshop, we will go walking in the forest and in the fields where we will identify 30 or so plants and explain their therapeutic applications and transformation methods. Spring time is also cure time and nature gives us all the plants we need for this tradition that our ancestors knew so well. We will learn a few basic notions about the human body in order to understand why it is so healthy to do cures. You will bring home your harvests to make your spring cure and the knowledge to make your own crops and harvesting of plants necessary for your future cures.

We will see a few basic principles on how the body works in order to fully understand why certains illnesses install themselves and how we can prevent/cure them with plants and nutrition. Fall harvest, seed saving and closing the garden

70$

Fall is the time to make our supplies and to harvest roots, vegetables and medicinal plants. In this workshop, we will identify and learn about the properties and transformation techniques of several wild and cultivated plants. Fall is also the time to close up the garden, making sure that everything is well protected and that we maximise the start of the next season. And we mustn't forget that a lot of plants offer us their seeds for free! It is better to harvest them the right way before winter in order not to waste them and to be able to control them once spring is here. These are the main topics we will talk about more thoroughly during the day. Always lots of visual and practice in the field, of course! You will be able to bring back home some seeds and a yummy roots soup will be served at lunch time!
