Even some «natural» products may contain fragrance and/or GMO an not be as green as they assume!

FRAGRANCES V.S. ESSENTIAL OILS
Often people add fragrances for odors or claim putting essential oils in their products, when, in reality, they are fragrances fragrances. A company using real essential oils must put the latin name on their ingrédient list. If you can not obtain thi information, there are good chances you are not dealing with essential oils. Why is this a problem ?  You can count up to 3000 chemical ingrédients in their compositions. A large number of the non-idientified ingrédients are irritant products and can trigger allergies, migraines or asthma symptoms.

NON ORGANIC CERTIFIED SOYA, CANOLA AND SUNFLOWER OILS:

Most of the corn (cultivated for livestock), soya and canola products in the country are genetically modified to resist different pesticides, thus the meat we eat comes from animals fed with these grains....yummmm.. ( except organic meat). So goes for edible oils.

Unfortunetaly, most of these oils come from GMO (genetically modified organism) thus I let you judge by yourself the real impacts on nature and on our body. These large field crops are being done more and more on larger surfaces, becoming vast mono-culture fields, having a devastating effect on honeybees.

PALM OIL
The tropical forests are being destroyed by fire in ordre to remplace them by palm tree plantations therefore affecting animal species such as the orang-outan and leaving behind important carbon dioxyde émissions.

PRODUCTS YOU SHOULD AVOID:

We all know now that an incredible list of harmful products are hiding inside our cosmetics, home and health products etc. With public awareness that has appeared in the last years, a lot of companies had to modify their products that were full of harmful chemical agents in order to meet increasing customer demands. We have to be very careful with this ''green wave'' because rare are the companies that really offer a true green product, healthy and exempt of harmful iingredients . A lot of companies simply changed the packaging, the name, one ingredient, etc... to give the impression to the buyer that he is buying a "green" product.

Consumers today should be aware and should learn how to read labels.

We have found a few well detailes lists on products to avoid, here they are :
